The successful start of the first construction general project of Cheng Long Group

It is reported that December 30^th , 2018, there is holding a great signing ceremony concerning Pattaya Ramada Hotel of Thailand between the member firm Cheng Long Group and JANTARAPA CO., LTD in Yiwu Marriott Hotel. The Deputy Division Chief of Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province, Mr. Xingyuan Hu, and the Chairman of International Contractors Association of Zhejiang Province, Mr. Jianwei Liu, having attended and made congratulation towards that. Meanwhile,  related leaders of Jin Hua Agency of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation and Yiwu City were invited to attended as witness for the first construction company signing a international project following the China’s “Going out” policy.

The general manager of JANTARAPA CO., LTD, Mr. Cong Chen introduced the project of Pattaya Ramada Hotel is located in the 5th street, Pattaya covering approximately 1600 sq. m., the gross floor area is around 13000 sq. m. and the height of building is 74.4 m, consisting of 22 storey and a basement, of which structure is Reinforced concrete frame shears and prestressed structure. The investment amount of this project is about 33,000,000.00 USD.

Such collaborates with Cheng Long Group, devoting to make Pattaya Ramada Hotel become a integrated brand hotel with the function of vacation、office、living、investment, the guiding and demonstration effect on the practice of China- Thailand cooperation and “the One Belt, One Road” initiative in Yiwu driving more China-Thailand cooperation.
