Overseas development business was shared by Enterprises 

and doing a favor for the Chenglong Group responding going-out policy

             It is responded that on December 7, 2017, Chenglong Group Co., Ltd convened the seminar of  Pakistan’s Project at the headquarters of the Chenglong Group in Yi Wu City. The deputy division chief of Division of foreign economic cooperation of Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province (Mr. Hu Xingyuan), the deputy chairman and the secretary-general of International Contractors Association of Zhejiang Province (Mr. Hong Guolun), the deputy director of Bureau of Commerce of Yi Wu City (Mr. Dong Huaying), section chief of Bureau of Commerce of Yi Wu City (Mr. Li Qiang), principal staff member of Bureau of Commerce of Yi Wu City (Mr. Zhu Jun), the deputy general manager of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (Mr. Wang Yang) and the leaders/principals of member enterprises of International Contractors Association of Zhejiang Province were invited to attend this seminar including China Energy Engineering Group Zhejiang Thermal Power Construction Co., Ltd, China Comservice Zhejiang Construction Co., Ltd.( Pakistan branch company), Power China Huadong Engineering Corporation Limited, Linsen Construction Group Co., Ltd, Hangzhou Zhongce Cable Co., Ltd, CGCOC WATER CO., LTD, Zhejiang Province Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd, and 5CGroup Co. Ltd. Mr. Liu Meichan, the chairman of directors of the Chenglong Group, and Mr. Cheng Kequan, the general manager of overseas department of Chenglong Construction Group Co., Ltd as the representatives attended this seminar. Mr. Shi Guangxi, the EVPS of the Chenglong Group, held this seminar.

            It is extremely valuable seminar that, in support of Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province, after the integrated survey group comprising the member enterprises of International Contractors Association of Zhejiang Province has surveyed, etc. from November 2, 2017 to November 14, 2017, they mutually shared achievements, communicated overseas market experience, researched Pakistan’s Project actively pushing the going-out development of the Chenglong Group. At the beginning of this seminar, Mr. Cheng Kequan firstly gave a report about the surveyed achievements of Iran, Egypt, Pakistan, etc. and emphatically introduced Pakistan’s political and economic environment and Lahore’s project. Mr. Cheng Kequan expressed that not only we know a set of the recent national project policies in more detail in Iran, Egypt, Pakistan and economic and trade cooperation and construction area opportunities, but also accumulate precious experience for exploiting overseas markets and entering into local markets through feeling local policies, economics, construction contracting market environments, and culture and customs.

            Whereafter, focusing on different opinions were shared from present leaders/principals of provincial key enterprises, they shared respective overseas market experience about how to evaluate the risk of overseas investments, cautiously select cooperation partner, avoid potential risk, improve the level of execution of law and make a appropriate plan and strategy. Mr. Hong Guolun, the deputy chairman and the secretary-general of International Contractors Association of Zhejiang Province, gave many likes to the Chenglong Group and expression it is really forward looking that the action and move of the Chenglong Group actively responds the national OBOR going-out development policy in recent years. He also said China and Pakistan are all-weather strategic partners, having one of largest markets of China international construction contracting business, and especially there are a large quantities of infrastructure items to be established under the projects of CPEC and large spaces to explore. Through this seminar, there is further evaluation about all respects of Pakistan’s development trend and great valuation for the Chenglong Group from the enterprises’ shared experience. Meanwhile, he also hopes that the Chenglong Group may make further good of the respective preparations including team construction, function supports, capital operation, etc. and deeply enter and operate the local markets pushing the enterprise to go out overseas market in a steady and good step.

            Mr. Hu Xingyuan, the deputy division chief of Division of foreign economic cooperation of Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province, made a conclusion that the leaders of Zhejiang Province and Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province attach great important to booster the going-out development of Zhejiang’s enterprises and push economic development transformation through quickening the steps of enterprises of Zhejiang Province in nations alongside the Belt and Road. He also proposed the government departments may positively make good of service work for enterprises and lead enterprises to enter the overseas markets holding the bigger market and push the transformation and upgrade of enterprises.
